Alfredo Brown is an award-winning fantasy football analyst and former college football scout at Florida International University (yes, that FIU — TY Hilton and Jonnu Smith's alma mater, right there in Miami).
Alfredo created The Pretend GM Podcast back in 2021, when everyone and their mother was starting a podcast. That little podcast eventually led to guest appearances on FantasyPros, CBS Fantasy Football Today, and the Late-Round Podcast with JJ Zachariason. About a year later, Alfredo accepted a full-time role at Footballguys, where he worked for three years as the video content lead and host of the Footballguys Fantasy Football Show.
Throughout his career, Alfredo has been recognized as one of the most accurate fantasy football rankers for multi-year accuracy by FantasyPros, won multiple awards from the Fantasy Sports and Gaming Association, and has been published in an NFL draft guide and a fantasy football magazine.
When he's not on the mic, Alfredo is a big movie and comic nerd who forces his wife to rewatch The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition in between trips to the dog park and the local Cuban bakery.
